Hi! I’m Utkarsh.
I make [great!] games.
I’m a game developer from India with 10 years of Unity expertise. I specialize in programming complex gameplay systems, performance-critical GPU and shader optimization, and highly procedural tech-art and animation systems. More importantly, I specialize in making amazing games.
I co-founded SplitSide Games and led the technical development of Fling to the Finish, a chaotic co-op game about being tethered to your best friend (or worst enemy). I worked across every aspect of the project: gameplay, online multiplayer, porting, shaders, and core systems. The game released on all major consoles, earning over $1M in gross revenue with over 600k players.
I hold a Master’s in Computer Graphics and Game Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Game Design and Production from Drexel University. I’ve also been at Rockstar Games for over a year, focusing on procedural systems and pipelines, which has strengthened my ability to tackle complex technical challenges at scale.
I combine creativity, technical depth, and a track record of shipped results. Between leading a successful indie game, getting an Ivy League education, and building production systems at Rockstar, I’ve developed a perspective and skill set that’s hard to match.
